Isle of Wight Racketball are a group of passionate players based at Westridge Sports Centre in Ryde on the north coast of the Isle of Wight.
Whilst Racketball has been played at the club for many years it has recently received a large influx of new players, some who have moved sideways from Squash and others who use it in addition to Squash and other sports to enhance fitness, movement and hand eye coordination.
With new players comes a zest and vigour for the sport and Isle of Wight Racketball was officially born.

Well, they say everyone gets their 15 minutes of fame and for us, the 2023/24 season has been filled with awesome matches, new friends, scuzzy boasts and corkscrews galore! What better way to end the season than promoting your last match of the season on the local Isle of Wight radio station. We'd love to reach as many people as we can.. I even think the presenters wanted to give racketball a try themselves 🙂
